Resilience: 350kg (steel reinforcements provide extreme stability and strength)
Under the VANNABED full-length bed top you will find 3 steel profiles (2 cm x 2 cm). The profiles are powder-coated, mounted between each pair of legs, they increase the strength of the frame up to hundreds of kilograms. We separate them from the top with felt so they don't rattle while you're driving 🙂 .
The construction uses waterproof, dense plywood, coated with a black phenolic film - durable and resistant to damage.
The steel parts and the edges of the frame are covered with felt to protect the car interior from scratches.

The frame consists of two parts: the fixed part is 187cm wide and the extendable part can be adjusted from 82cm to 141cm, allowing you to customise the surface. The system can withstand a load of up to 250kg, ensuring safety and comfort. Under the top are three steel reinforcements along the entire length of the bed.
