Countertop
L – one of the sides of the frame, a constant value
D – the other side of the frame, value when extended – maximum
These are the two most important dimensions. Each of them can be referred to as the length and the width.
The frame can slide towards the car’s door or to the side.
We have height-adjustable legs, with a range of height settings. The height of the entire frame is the leg plus 1.5 cm, which is the thickness of the tabletop.

Adjustment is in increments of 2 cm.

The frame weighs a dozen or so kilograms. It always consists of two separate parts, which can be assembled separately, making it even easier to carry.
The mattress will not weigh more than 8kg
Each one is reinforced with steel profiles along the entire length of the bed. There isn’t a single person – let alone two – who could break our bed frame under their own weight.
The profiles are positioned between each pair of legs.
Our shop has irregular opening hours, so it’s safer to order a bed with home delivery.

Vannabed beds are perfectly tailored to specific car models. We manufacture beds to order, once payment has been received.
Production time is approximately 14 working days.
The Vannabed car bed is:
– worktop,
– legs
– steel sections
Simply place the steel profiles between the legs and screw the legs to the tabletop.
You will find detailed instructions in INSTRUCTIONS.
The legs and tabletop are joined using steel threads and screws. The frame can be taken apart and put back together as many times as you like. In winter, you can store it flat behind a cupboard.
When folded flat, the frame also takes up very little space in the boot; you can keep it in the car all year round and use it as an extra shelf in the boot.
The frame weighs a dozen or so kilos; anyone can easily carry it if necessary.

They are all made from dense, medium-firm foam and covered with a comfortable, hard-wearing, machine-washable fabric. (removable with a zip)
