The VANNABED frame is a lightweight, foldable structure designed to fit inside a car Mercedes V-Class, Vito, Viano.
The frame is the same height as the flat-folded second-row seats. This saves as much space as possible. The frame does not interfere in any way with the use of the second-row seats. You can continue to travel comfortably with 5 people. The surface of the bed is partly the surface of the frame and partly the surface of the laid-out seats. A 140 cm x 195 cm mattress rests on this. Part of the mattress lies directly on the laid armchairs.

Under the VANNABED full-length bed top you will find 3 steel profiles (2 cm x 2 cm). The profiles are powder-coated, mounted between each pair of legs, they increase the strength of the frame up to hundreds of kilograms. We separate them from the top with felt so they don't rattle while you're driving 🙂 .
The construction uses waterproof, dense plywood, coated with a black phenolic film - durable and resistant to damage.
The steel and edges of the frame have been covered with felt to protect the car interior from scratches.
