Under the VANNABED full-length bed top you will find 3 steel profiles (2 cm x 2 cm). The profiles are powder-coated, mounted between each pair of legs, they increase the strength of the frame up to hundreds of kilograms. We separate them from the top with felt so they don't rattle while you're driving 🙂 .
The construction uses waterproof, dense plywood, coated with a black phenolic film - durable and resistant to damage.
The steel parts and the edges of the frame are covered with felt to protect the car interior from scratches.
